Hi everyone,

I went to grab my '91 Mi16 out of its garage yesterday, after sitting for about a month. The garage is not exactly waterproof, as the car was covered in water spots, and I opened the hood to see water drip out from somewhere....thanks to some pretty heavy rain here in the past two weeks.

The starter spun, but the car sounded like it wasn't getting fuel or spark. It's never had any starting issues before, dry or wet. I checked the fuel pump fuse and it's fine. The car recently had a timing belt/tensioner/water pump service and two cam seals replaced.

Any thoughts before I call a towing company and have it towed to my mechanic?
