Brand new Toyo´s T1R 195/50 15 with fresh painted SL434´s (Hi Nicki )

They´r on stand-by until I´ve fully refreshed my front and rear brake callipers which will be red painted also. Pics will follow.
I´m also waiting for new Sachs rear shock absorbers as well as new front one (Kayaba Ultra SR Pics will follow as soon as they´r here.

T16's 16" wheels suit the 405 perfect (size and looks wise).


anyway, Mi16's come with 195/55/15 don't they? with 195/50/15 they look even skinnier.

The 195/50/15 would be illegal on a 405 in Australia because they don't have the correct load rating. Aren't they 82? Whereas a 405 has to have 84?

Yes they have 82. But here nobody (=police for example) cares about it.

all calliper parts have been cleaned an red painted, ready for fitting inner parts.

Got`em today for my SL434`s. 6,-€ each.

Where did you get them from?

I have 9 of those SL434 wheels but not one of them have a center cap

Yes, they have the same center cap as original 205 gti wheels (SL299).
Ordered them here at one Pug dealer. Part-nr. as you can see from the picture 960660.
Actually, there is also version of SL434`s with a smaller center cap, but they are pretty rare.

Ok, 4 of my wheels have a different center hole than the 5 others, so I propbably have both types then.

I found the original center caps for SL434's on French eBay some time back, but they were very expensive. Also found the part number but the Peugeot Dealer could not get those caps, even not from France.

But if normal 1.9 GTi centrecaps will fit that's superb
