I've got the 283mm discs from a 406 on my car and was wondering if it was worth me getting uprated front pads or just go with the decent Brembo ones from GSF. Its got Goodridge hoses and the ABS had been removed if it makes any difference. The car will be used for road and a few trackdays each year when its done.

Ferodo premier's are good enough, and cheap. Halfords stock them and are massively discounted with a trade card.

I wouldn't go too mad considering pads for those can get damned expensive iirc!
