Winter is on its way and I thought I would try the heated seats..

Of course they don't work. I kinda expected this

Do these ever work? Anyone know how to fix these or how best to go about trying to fix them?

What should I check first?

Mine work, mostly the passenger side tho. Theres a connector under the seat, my drivers side was cut through when I got the car, perhaps the previous owner didnt see the switch...

I have a vague memory of someone saying that because there's no thermostat something burns out and he resorted to removing the leather to fix them!! Yes I know, insane!
