KRISKARRERA
I've had a look through the weights thread on the 205 forum ( http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?s...=weights+thread ) and picked out 405 bits from there.

XU10J4 block - 40 kg
XU9J4 with 4 liners - 21 kg
S16 engine with all parts on - 160 kg

XU9J4 (Mi16) Crankshaft - 16.7kg
XU9J4 (Mi16) Ally block bare - 15.6kg
XU9J4 (Mi16) Head complete no manifolds/thermostat housing - 24kg
XU9J4 (Mi16) Flywheel - 6.7kg

Starter - 4.7 kg
Alternator - 4.7kg

Petrol - 0.74g/ml. Or about 3/4 of a kilo for every litre.

Mi16 head, complete apart from rocker cover - 24.5kg

Aircon pump GTI6 - 8.8 kg. (Probably same weight as a 405 pump anyway).
