has anyone ever seen a 405 without a sunroof as i never have and always thought they all had sunroofs?

just saw this add on ebay for this 405 le mans and it has no sunroof?

Never seen one myself but I guess the original owner thought there was no point having a sunroof if they had aircon as well? Must be a bit of a rare one

yeah my lemans has no sunroof tend to find on the ph 2 that if they had aircon they had no sunroof not sure if you would find a ph1 mi with no sunroof though

Tut! Paul I'm amazed you didn't know the LeMans is sunroofless! Personally I think all Mi16s should have had aircon and no sunroof because then you save weight and get extra headroom.

I think it was only the Lemans (Mine didin;t and it wasn;t even a option), Even my company 405 Estate at the time had A/C and a sunroof as does my 306, Or unless they thought it could be used when the A/C packed up

My Mi16x4 doesn't have a sunroof, nor my Mi16. In fact, I don't think I've seen an Mi16 with a sunroof in Australia. Maybe they were looking after us, reducing the risk of melanoma!

Are all yours air conditioned then?

Yes, I think all modern Pugs sold in Oz have A/C. Certainly all 405's and 205's had air. I can only assume it's the same with later models.

Mine has a sunroof and aircon. Kinda strange, but it's nice to have the roof open sometimes when it's not warm enough to warrent air-con.

I leave my sunroof well alone. They bust too much for my liking. Mind you I opened it a few days ago to regrease and noticed the seal needs replacing.

In Aust only Lux pack Mi16's had sunroof's. My 90 s1 does not have one either.

I used to own a UK delivered '89 Mi16 with the Luxury Pack. It didn't have a sunroof.

my T16 has a sunroof, but then again, there are lots of those which don't.

but all off them had aircon as standard, so i assume the sunroof was an optional extra.

My sunroof works beautifully, although i think i won't risk using it too often!! lol

I use it all the time, as I don't have A/C. But the last few days it has started to act wierd. Guess I'll have to change it by the end of the summer. On my last 405 it stoped working when it was opened. Not a good idea here in Norway
