Guys,
Need some help, after the old bendix abs tried to kill me twice (suddenly deciding not to work whilst doing around 60 on a country road!)
I ripped out the system and have changed it for a pedal box out of a 1.9 diesal along with a new master cylinder and vacumn. I have a 4 pipe master cylinder but my mechanic is asking how it should be piped up and what goes where? just wondered if anyone else had done the same, if not it will be trial and error on the old rollers

No its completely gone all sensors the lot.

The lines should be connected in a diagonal fashion - that is, having the two front master outputs go as follows: one to front left caliper, the other one to back right caliper. Likewise, the remaiing two master outputs will go: one to the front right caliper, the other one to the back left caliper.
This is the stock 405 non-ABS brakes connection sequence, I believe that Haynes should support this as well.
If you are building a track car however, this will not fit the FIA Regulation J as the brakes must have two master cylinders (tandem master) with the first one going to the front calipers and the second one to the back.
