when the fuel is near empty the performance of the car is awful and the rpm drops and rises, even when the tank is full the performance isn't sharp and steady but it doesn't drop in rpm, is there a way for fixing the fuel pump or boosting it??
also the engines drinks alot of fuel and oil too but no white or blue smoke coming out from the exuast

most pumps are noisey when scavenging for fuel.
if the engines drinking oil then the fuel pump is also at an age where it is ready to die, get a new one?

so did u mean that the engine is drinking a lot of oil due to the weak fuel pump??

Just whip off the pipe to the fuel rail and measure the fuel flow volume, Haynes should have instructions for such a test.
