Did you one of the previous owners of your car came from my town? (Devizes, Wiltshire). I remember it being on ebay a few years back and I've still got the pictures lol

I dont kno.
I bought it off ebay actually. Few months ago. From the motorsport guys at the ryton factory! They were guna do 206 gti 180 turbo 4x4 at 1 point but decided against it (!) They bought it because new transfer box and lots of other money spent.
Same reason i bought it actually...! Its good fun!

wish there was a big beach like that here i could drive on¬¬
make sure you hose of the car with clean water otherwise the salt water will corrod the car!!

Looks like you had fun, but i'd be a little dubious to do it! Would be soo paranoid that you could never wash ALL the salty water from everywhere! I know some may cringe at me for autocrossing my 4bie, but it was only a stubble field!

I thought UK roads had the same effect anyway. I always cringe when I see undercar pictures of UK cars. We're so lucky in Australia having a dry climate.
