I've read many topics about idling problems from this and other forums, but nothing has helped so far. So I made a new topic. I'll try to type as best as I can in English tongue.gif

When the engine is cold revving is ok. As engine warms revs drop to almost normal, but k-light starts burning! Diagnostic codes were 52 and 53. First one is mixture regulation and the second is related to charging system(although generator seems ok). If I turn off the engine and start it again then at first revs are normal, but after a few seconds they start rising

SAD closes normally
Timing is OK
TPS might need some adjustment, any help for that?
A vacuum leak?

Mixture regulation? Could that relate to the air flow meter being faulty perhaps?

Ok, I'll try to test that later. I'm also suspecting a faulty o2 sensor, might this be a source of problems too?

AFM seemed to be working if I checked the resistance while moving the flap. So the problem should be elsewhere.

OT: Is my account validated or does every post need admin's approval?

I checked the MAF sensor pins resistance while moving the flap and it seemed ok(although it may not be) anyways any help is appreciated sad.gif
edit: If it's vacuum leak how big it should be that ecu gives a k-light? Could a needle hole be enough?

A blowing exhaust can also give K-light if it blows before the lambda sensor.

My Mi16 used to do this when the manifold was cracked...

Can be lots of different things, but you shouldn't have a big vacum leak I would guess before you also will get the K-light...

My post no. 4 was made when my account wasn't fully validated, thankfully I got it done smile.gif
Anyways exhaust manifold was ok, no cracks biggrin.gif . Might be a seal then which I haven't checked carefully

Been a while since I last posted. Anyway engine is now working better than before. First cleaning the afm helped a bit. The source of these problems was a leak at inlet manifold. Also when putting back the manifold water started to leak! in 205 forum I found the thread about it, so might be useful. http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?s...c=112901&hl
Anyways topic closed smile.gif
