As far as I'm aware the 4bie rear end is based on Xantia gear

I thought it was more BX based than Xantia as the Xantia is quite a bit larger, mosre akin to the 406.

why don't you buy a Xantia if you want suspension like this? in the UK we only got the 2.0 8v CT engine in the Activa, but mainland Europe as far as I know got both 2.1 Diesel and 3.0 V6 versions.

^ I originally thought that too but heard from somewhere it was Xantia based. Maybe it was the dude I bought my sphere from.

Just read somewhere else that it is BX based (which makes sense). Will have to compare to the rear end of the valver and see how it looks.
