I can't seem to get my sump off!
So far I've removed 21 bolts and it will not budge at all

I'm not sure if it's stuck or if i've missed a bolt somewhere, although I've looked pretty hard and can't see any more!
Can anyone help?
Thanks.

Have you tried tapping it with something that's not going to dent it? Whatever you do don't try to wedge a screw driver in the seal!

It's doweled, so can't move sideways. Just give one of the A/C mounting bosses a tap downwards with a soft hammer. Once you break the seal you'll be able to get a blunt chisel (or similar) in to wriggle it off.
If a 1.9L, the 15mm spacer plate will remain, which is retained to the block by two socket headed cap screws.
There are 23 bolts. You probably missed the two socket headed cap screws near the A/C.

^This. They are in the A/C bosses

What does A/C stand for?
And are they allen key type or normal bolts?.
Thanks to all who replied.
