Changed the central locking sensor today, and while I had the roof console down, I found an allen key clipped to it. I couldn't see any obvious reason why an allen key would be supplied in a place which will, potentially, never be seen..?

Any ideas? smile.gif

the allen key is for the sunroof motor, fits in where the yellow(think its yellow) cog is and you can open/close the sunroof if the motor packs in.

Cool... Bit of a mission to use it as a means for a manual sunroof though! laugh.gif

pmsl....makes me wonder if the assemblers back then were smart enough not to place allen keys in the models that DIDNT come with a sun roof!!!! or did they have a "one size fits all" attitude!!...lmao laugh.gif rolleyes.gif
