Hello everone..

I was mentioned on here last week that my misfire problem could be down to the ignition module as my rev counter just does its own thing when ticking over but works fine when driving above 2500 revs..

Their is yet another 4x4 being broken up on E-Bay, the guy has got the ignition module still his reply was.. 'yes I have, its the same as the 205 gti - Bosch item end code 123.' well the one on my car isn't opriginal so I cant verify this... will this be the correct one.??

I thought the 2L modules were different to the 123, designed to trigger two coils rather than one. The 2L engine has two ignition modules.

That may be the case, but mine and the one being broken are both 4bies (ie 1.9s)
